๐ if you value your child's long-term development over short-term wins
๐ you believe building confidence character, team spirit are more important than trophies
๐ want to be part of and contribute to our club community
This will help if you:
โ believe in following your child's lead (not pushing them into something they're not ready for)
โ want qualified, trustworthy coaches who build your child up (not tear them down)
โ prioritise your child's confidence, happiness, enjoyment and long term holistic development
We're not a good fit if
๐ you think it's ok to shout instructions from the touchline and argue with the ref (and everyone else...)
๐ believe your child just needs to "toughen up" and stop being so sensitive to criticism
๐ are obsessed with getting your child into an acdemy (regardless of what it takes)

๐๏ธ Development Groups
Your child will join our Development Groups - a tried and trusted method of assessing whether we feel they are ready to join our teams. Over 150 kids have been successful from these groups!
๐ Honesty
We can't create a space for every child. Simply, some kids might not be ready and team sizes are limited. But we'll be honest with you about we can and can't do
๐ง Proven Track Record
Since 2019, we've helped over 1000 kids to fall in love with football! Most of those were pretty new to football or absolute beginners when they joined us.
โค๏ธ Our Values
Coaching sessions that stick closely to our 4 values - fun, confidence building, child-first, development focused
๐ Structured Development
We have EVERY week of your child's development mapped out from 4-16 years - that's over 550 sessions!
๐ฏ Core Skills Programme
We have a unique core skills programme with 16 key skills to master! Your child will learn them at our sessions and can follow the YouTube videos to practise at home
๐ Reward & Recogition
Your child will receive stickers (to pop in their development tracker) for mastering skills, showcasing their talent and demonstrating excellent behaviour
๐ Individual Feedback
We provide regular feedback on your child's development, so you'll know exactly how they are getting on
Our Club...
๐ we believe all kids should have access to professional coaches - not just kids in academies
๐ we believe kids should follow a structured training programme that puts their development at the centre
๐ we operate an academy-style set-up...
for kids who are not at academy level
Pros
๐ your child is trained by professional coaches
๐ we follow a tried and trusted training programme, designed by a Cat 1 Premier League Academy Coach
๐ there is no coach 'favouritism' - all kids are treated equally and fairly
Cons
๐ we're more expensive than a lot of grassroots clubs, as we pay for professional coaches to take training (and in some cases, matches)

๐๏ธ Pathways
We've helped over 600 kids to join football teams! For every age group, we have a direct pathway to play for a local team
Please bear in mind...
We can't accept everyone
Due to FA rules, squad sizes are limited - this ensures everyone who joins gets a fair share of game-time
You might need to be patient
Some teams are already running, whilst others are being put together to start in the future
Training comes before the team
This is for us to get to know each other. It may mean your child trains longer than others before joining
We'll always be honest with you
We may feel your child isn't quite ready to join a team just yet, but we'll recommend the right pathway
"Which team do I select?'
Age groups run parallel to
'School Years'
e.g. if your child turns 7 years old in the current school year (1st Sept > 31st August), then they will play in the U7s
(and so on)
Mixed teams (i.e. mostly boys)
Girls Only Football Teams

โ Free Trials in all sessions
โ No overcrowded sessions
โ Limited new trial spaces offered each month
